-

Clear information makes choosing easier
You can check every point on a real listing page
-
Know where the data comes from Every value on a listing says who provided it (seller, document or reviewer) and when — a value stated by the seller is not a verified one.
-
See when details were last updated Sellers must confirm price and status every 14 days; unconfirmed listings move to the end of the results instead of lingering for a year.
-
Honest about what's missing Fields nobody has confirmed show as "unknown", are counted, and become questions for you to ask the seller.

Answered according to what the system actually does. Read the full version in theTerms of use
What does listing cost?
Listing is free and unlimited right now, with no paid services — "Promoted" spots on the home page are set by admins listing by listing and cannot be bought yet.
Who provides the listing details?
All of it comes from the lister (owner or agent). Every value shows who provided it and when. We do not check documents on their behalf or vouch for their accuracy.
How is unknown information shown?
Fields the seller left blank show as "unknown" — never as zero — and the listing page gathers them into a "still to ask/check before viewing" list you can send to the seller right away.
Where can I report a wrong or problem listing?
Log in and tap "I see details that don't match" at the bottom of the listing. The lister reviews it first; if they don't fix it, a reviewer decides. — a direct contact channel for the team is not open yet; it will appear here when ready
Have a home to sell?
List it so people who are looking can find it — free and unlimited. Fill in only what you actually know; blanks are recorded as "unknown", and your number is never handed out.
